Any suggestions for girly abs? Keeping in mind that I've fallen off the wagon in concern to my exercise regime. Is there any way to make a sit-up fun?
Not much you can do to make a sit-up fun. Sometimes it doesn't have to be fun to be fun. Also, seeing or not seeing your abs has a lot to do with your body composition (i.e. how much muscle you're carrying compared to fat).
